Summer Flavours Fair
Exhibition and Sale of Products Prepared by Trainees from the Pastry/Bakery and Cookery Courses at the FIR CRFP

On 18 July, the Vocational Rehabilitation and Training Centre of the Irene Rolo Foundation will hold the Summer Flavours Fair at the Tavira Municipal Market, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
This initiative aims to provide trainees from the Pastry/Bakery and Cookery courses with an opportunity to apply the knowledge they have acquired throughout their training, as well as to give them the chance to interact with the public. It also offers the local community the opportunity to taste and purchase products prepared by the trainees.
We invite the whole community to take part in this event and enjoy the delicious sweets made with care and dedication by these young people.
