On November 9th, the Rehabilitation and Vocational Training Center of the Irene Rolo Foundation will promote the São Martinho Flavors Fair at the Municipal Market of Tavira, from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. This initiative aims to provide trainees of the Cook and Pastry Chef-Baker courses with a practical opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired during the course, while offering the local community the possibility of tasting and purchasing quality products, prepared with dedication and creativity. We invite the entire community to participate in this event and taste the delights made by the trainees!
