Target Population
People with severe or profound disabilities, aged 16 or over, who are temporarily or permanently prevented from living in their family environment.
Services Provided
- Accommodation;
- Food suited to the needs of customers;
- Personal hygiene care;
- Support in performing activities of daily living;
- Clothing treatment;
- Support with medication, planning and regular follow-up to medical appointments and other health care;
Activities Developed
In order to achieve its objectives, the Residential Home, taking into account the capabilities and potential of its clients, develops the following activities:
- Participation in the Home's daily activities;
- Promotion of an environment that is similar to the family model;
- Attendance at the Activities and Training Center for Inclusion or other community structures;
- Promotion of socio-cultural and recreational activities.
